Creative Industries and Entrepreneurship Minor

Entrepreneurship Undergraduate Minor

The Creative Industries and Entrepreneurship Minor is an interdisciplinary program designed to equip students with the entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and industry knowledge needed to thrive in creative fields. This minor complements a student’s major by providing the tools to launch independent ventures, innovate within established organizations, and navigate the evolving landscape of the creative economy. Students will explore opportunity recognition, business strategy, branding, marketing, and financial management within artistic and cultural industries. Whether aspiring to build a freelance career, start a creative business, or contribute to entrepreneurial initiatives within arts organizations, students will develop the skills to create, sustain, and grow meaningful careers in the creative sector.
