This online Specialist Certificate in Educational Leadership/ Superintendent Letter of Eligibility (LOE) program will be of interest to both school leaders in Pennsylvania and elsewhere wishing to obtain superintendent licensure as well as those seeking a Millersville specialist certificate in educational leadership. All students completing the coursework satisfactorily will be awarded the MU Specialist Certificate in Educational Leadership. For those who are school leaders, this coursework includes necessary curriculum and 360 internship hours to qualify for the LOE in PA as well as prepare to take the School Superintendent Assessment Exam required for the LOE in PA.
