Music Industry, B.S. - Music Management
The Bachelor of Science in music industry, music management track, provides students with general skills in music performance and live audio technology production, with a specialized focus in music business. This track will give students the ability to put into practice skills needed to be successful in the music business, including but not limited to such areas as artist management, music licensing, record label operations, publishing, music marketing, concert promo- tion, international business and entertainment law.
The Bachelor of Science in music industry, music production track, provides students with general skills in music performance and music business, with a spe- cialized focus in audio recording. This track will give students the skills to be successful in such areas as sound design, recording engineering, music production, live audio, audio installation and any field that requires specialized audio production skills.
The Bachelor of Science in music industry, live audio technology production track, provides students with a specialized focus in live audio as well as skills in recording technology, music business and music performance. This track will give students the skills to be successful in careers such as live audio engineer, concert producer and entertainment technician.
